- Jalapeno Simple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Sliced Tamed™ Jalapeño Peppers
- 1 cup Sliced Tamed™ Jalapeño Peppers brine
- 1 cup sugar
- Cranberry-Lime Mocktail
- 4 cups pure cranberry juice
- 2 cups store bought limeade
- 3/4 cup fresh line juice
- 1 recipe jalapeno simple syrup
- Club soda, for serving
- Lime wheel, to garnish
Instructions
- To make the simple syrup, add all the ingredients to a medium sauce pot and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 2-3 minutes or until all the sugar has dissolved. Allow the syrup to cool to room temperature, remove the jalapeno slices and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. For more heat, use our MezzettaÒ Hot Sliced Jalapenos.
- In a large pitcher, add the cranberry juice, limeade, fresh lime juice and jalapeno simple syrup. If making ahead of time, chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Fill a glass with ice and pour the cranberry-lime mixture halfway up the glass. Top the rest with club soda and garnish with a lime wheel before serving.
- Enjoy!
